SUMMARY

I am a keen and adaptable computer technician with 7 years’ experience working in a wide range of IT-based environments including retail, customer service administration and management. My current role is as a technical sales advisor in a busy shop in the Beehive Centre retail park, where I am focused on providing the PC support for our customers. This includes PC builds, maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair, dealing with both software and hardware. I am looking for work in technical support, system administration or on a helpdesk in the Cambridge area as I wish to move more towards a career in IT, preferably networking or systems support.
